1. About These Terms

Welcome to Tail Fable. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of tailfable.com (the "Site") and purchases made through it. The seller is Eshop KhoaCai LLC, operating as Tail Fable ("we," "us," or "our").

Please read these Terms before using the Site or placing an order. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or place an order.

Nothing in these Terms removes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

2. Eligibility and Customer Information

To place an order, you must be legally able to enter into a binding contract in your place of residence. If you are purchasing on behalf of another person or organization, you must have authority to do so.

You agree to provide accurate and current contact, billing, shipping, and payment information, and to use a payment method you are authorized to use. Contact us promptly if information on an order needs correcting. We may be unable to change an order once processing or shipment has begun.

If customer account features are available and you use them, you are responsible for protecting your login information and for activities you authorize through your account. Contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Products and Pet Safety

Read the product description, size information, warnings, and instructions before purchasing or using a product. Screen settings can affect how colors appear; this does not excuse supplying a product that materially differs from its description.

Choose products appropriate for your pet's size, age, behavior, and needs. Supervise pets when introducing or using toys, inspect products regularly, and stop using an item if it is damaged or creates a safety concern. Do not allow pets to swallow toys or detached parts. Follow the instructions and warnings supplied with each product.

General information on the Site is not a substitute for veterinary advice. Contact a veterinarian about your pet's health or suitability for a particular activity or product.

These safety recommendations do not limit our obligations concerning defective or unsafe products or any rights you have under applicable law.

4. Prices, Payments, and Promotions

The product price, currency, and applicable charges are shown during checkout. Review your order total before submitting payment. Available payment methods are those offered at checkout.

We may change prices or promotions for future purchases. Later changes do not increase the agreed price of an accepted order. A material pricing error will be handled as described in Section 5 rather than by charging you a higher amount without your agreement.

Promotional offers are subject to the conditions stated with the offer, including any eligibility requirements, exclusions, or expiration dates. Additional promotional terms do not remove rights that apply by law.

5. Orders, Availability, and Errors

Submitting an order is a request to purchase the selected products. An automated order acknowledgment confirms receipt of your request; it does not, by itself, confirm acceptance. Acceptance occurs when we send a shipment confirmation, unless we expressly confirm acceptance earlier.

We may decline or cancel an order for a lawful reason, such as unavailable stock, an inability to verify payment, suspected fraud, delivery restrictions, or a material listing or pricing error. We will notify you using the contact details supplied with the order. If payment has been collected for a canceled item, we will refund that payment as required by applicable law.

If an error requires a material change to your order, we will seek your agreement before proceeding with the changed terms. If you do not agree, the affected item will be canceled and any collected payment for it refunded as required by law.

We may correct errors on the Site or discontinue products for future orders. This does not allow us to disregard an existing contract or statutory obligation.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Available destinations, shipping charges, and any stated processing or delivery estimates are described at checkout or in our Shipping Policy. We currently focus on customers in the United States; availability for a particular address is determined at checkout.

Unless expressly stated as a guarantee, delivery dates are estimates. If we cannot ship within the applicable promised or legally required time, we will provide the notices and options required by law, including cancellation and a refund where applicable.

Please check your delivery address before placing an order. If a package is delayed, missing, damaged, or marked delivered but cannot be found, contact support@tailfable.com with your order details so we can review the issue. Do not send payment card information in your message.

Nothing in these Terms makes a carrier's tracking status conclusive proof of delivery or automatically transfers all delivery risk to you when an order leaves a warehouse.

7. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

Our Refund Policy explains the applicable process, eligibility conditions, and any stated time limits for returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds. Review it before purchasing.

To request an order change or cancellation, contact support@tailfable.com promptly. We cannot guarantee that a requested change or cancellation can be made once an order is being processed or has shipped. This does not affect any cancellation rights you have under applicable law.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. Any supporting information requested should be relevant to resolving your claim.

These Terms do not create an additional return window, free-return promise, or product warranty beyond what is expressly offered or required by law. Our policies do not override statutory rights concerning faulty goods, refunds, or other remedies.

8. Acceptable Use

You must not use the Site to:

• Break the law, commit fraud, or submit unauthorized transactions.
• Impersonate another person or provide deliberately misleading information.
• Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights.
• Harass, threaten, or unlawfully discriminate against others.

We may update, maintain, suspend, or change Site features. We do not promise that the Site will always be available or free from technical errors. Changes to the Site do not remove obligations relating to accepted orders.

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE WEBSITE AND ITS GENERAL INFORMATION ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

This website disclaimer does not disclaim an express product warranty, an agreed product description, or any product warranty or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any product-specific written warranty applies according to its terms, subject to applicable law.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TAIL FABLE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSSES ARISING FROM USE OF THE SITE OR PURCHASES THROUGH IT.

This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law. Ending access does not erase payment obligations already lawfully incurred or remove rights and obligations relating to existing orders, refunds, privacy, or disputes. Provisions that need to continue to resolve those matters survive as permitted by law.
